The program also includes an e-learning module on the EU AI Act.

Trainer: Nikolas Lotz, Managing Director, European Center for Corporate Governance (ECCG)

Workshop 2: Establishing a Learning and Training Culture in Your Company with an LMS

Personal development and mandatory training are essential for every gambling operator. Through real-world use cases and best-practice examples, you will learn how to roll out training to your staff efficiently with a Learning Management System. The program also provides access to an LMS (Learning Management System). Please bring a laptop so you can practice managing training in a test environment.

Duration: 1:30 hrs

Trainer: Florian Hahn, Head of Trainings, Chevron Group (Germany)

Workshop 3: GDPR Website Check — Conducting an Internal Data-Protection Audit

Websites change continually, and newly added links, analytics tags, or advertising integrations can jeopardize GDPR compliance. Please bring a laptop or tablet for the practical exercise.

The program also includes an e-learning module on GDPR.
